LOCATION

Our luxury first floor, one bedroom apartment overlooks the beautiful beach of Magaluf. This front line apartment is available to rent. It is situated central of Magaluf beach, 10 miles from Son Sant Joan airport, on the beautiful island of Majorca. It is the perfect family accomodation (for 2 adults and 2/3 children) The award winning beach is cleaned daily. It's very safe for children who want to swim. The beach has a number of showers, also sunbeds for hire with umbrella's. For more information on beach activities look at the beach gallery.

Utility Room - First door on the right as you walk into the apartment with a washing machine (instructions for use on water heater above) ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, children's beach toys, 1 x umbrella for the sun terrace, 2 x umbrellas for the beach and 2 x beach mats. Also bat and balls for beach fun. There is also a water heater and cleaning products.

Kitchen - Open access to the kitchen is on the left. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker with electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. Spare fans. First aid cabinet. Storage cupboards. Stools for the breakfast bar situated in the lounge (see video)

Bathroom - Fully tiled with shower, shower curtain rail, basin, toilet and shelves.

Bedroom - King size double bed, 2 full size single beds (bunk bed), 1 x dressing table, large fitted wardrobes incorporating a chest of 6 drawers. Also a half golf set for your use. There is 1 bed side cabinet with a light and alarm clock. There is a small table in the bedroom with a large fan on it for the summer and a heater for winter use. A safe for your personal possessions and plenty of coat hangers are inside the wardrobe. A single full opening glass door opens onto the sun terrace from the bedroom (see video)

Lounge – As you can see from the video the lounge is a good size with patio doors at one end leading onto the sun terrace. The other end has a breakfast bar, to the kitchen. With wall lights and table lamps in the lounge it makes the room very cosy. There is a cream leather 3 piece suite, the setee converts into a double bed , colourful curtains, central rug, TV (limited to BBC and ITV during the day and sky news 24/7) also a video player and CD player. There are a number of fans in the lounge. The apartment has tiled floor in all areas (see video)

Sun Terrace - Fully tiled. Access to the sun terrace from the lounge patio doors and the bedroom patio door. Secluded with a sun bed which may also be used as a single bed, table and chairs, hose and tap for watering small terrace plants and views of the South-West facing bay.

  12. Alexandra's bar/club - excellent late live entertainment - 7 nights a week - various solo artists and top bands- excellent breakfasts - good food during the day
